Do I need to contact Xfinity in order to set up a new modem at home?

It would truly depend on if your location is/has already had Xfinity, then you could set up the modem via the Xfinity App or online. If you don't currently have an account or there has not been services at the location, we could help you with those details too. Please let us know.
