Installment Payment option

Good afternoon, Xfinity Community Team,

I am currently facing difficulty paying my past due balance in full and have previously utilized the Installment Payment option. I have noticed that this option is no longer available on my account.

I would like to request the restoration of the Installment Payment option so I can responsibly manage and pay down my balance over time. This would allow me to remain an active and satisfied Xfinity customer while meeting my financial obligations. I am prepared to pay a down payment today.

Thank you for your consideration and assistance. I appreciate any guidance on how to restore this payment option as soon as possible.

I was eligible yesterday when I checked. I checked again today to pay a down payment and it isn't giving me that option anymore

Financial arrangements such as installment payments are handled 100% online, so if you do not see the option, we will not have the option to restore it. Going forward, would it help if your due date was on a different day? You can find eligibility requirements and more details here about changing your bill's due date.

Why did it change? Also I have Internet Essentials. My account is currently disconnected due to My past due bill. Do I qualify for the Internet Essentials Amnesty Program?

user_cmzzaq That's a great question! The amnesty program is only for families with outstanding Xfinity debt more than one year old. You can find more information here if needed.
