Installment Payment option
Good afternoon, Xfinity Community Team,
I am currently facing difficulty paying my past due balance in full and have previously utilized the Installment Payment option. I have noticed that this option is no longer available on my account.
I would like to request the restoration of the Installment Payment option so I can responsibly manage and pay down my balance over time. This would allow me to remain an active and satisfied Xfinity customer while meeting my financial obligations. I am prepared to pay a down payment today.
Thank you for your consideration and assistance. I appreciate any guidance on how to restore this payment option as soon as possible.
