Internet access
My internet has been out for 12 hours. Outage map doesn't tell me how many customers are affected. Estimated time to fix is "As soon as possible. " Why have the outage information if it doesn't tell you anything? Also, selecting a tag for this post creates an error and then you have to retype everything. This is very frustrating!
