Internet box

We had a house fire the day after Christmas lost everything. I called and told y'all and when we ready to transfer services to call you back I still paid monthly for services even though we didn't have a home. When we were ready we called you out only to be told our new property was unservicable. I showed tech melted burnt equipment that came from fire. I still have and send you. But no one has sent me a box and the tech didn't take with him.
