Internet connection issues it the 02072 area

Hello,

It's been 2 weeks since the issue is presented. I'm just keep receiving messages that there is an outage in my area. How is this possible to take that much time to fix this issue? Internet service is important for me for work.
I can't even contact a human being because Xfinity made their customer service as terrible as possible.

I sent you a message and nobody responded. This is what I'm talking about when I say a bad customer support. Can't call and talk to a human and can't even can't talk to a human over the internet.

Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:
• Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message” icon (upper right corner of this page)
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send your message.
