Internet Down

My internet is down. Has been spotty for days. I have no cell service at home so I am writing from work. I cannot follow trouble shooting instructions in live chat while I am home. Can you please send in a format I can download while at work? I have already unplugged the unit and waited 30 sec and plugged back in. I have re-paired with my devices. No change. I cannot find a way to direct message customer service in this app. Please contact me or better yet- send a technician to repair. Thank you. Please send direct message so that I can share user name and service address.
