Internet drops every day

My internet service continue to not be reliable and shuts down nearly every day.  I need to speak to a high level person at Xfinity.  I am scheduled to have Verizon to come to my house tomorrow to replace Xfinity after 20 plus years due to lack of a solution to the problem and I cannot get a person on the phone and the assistant cannot help.

user_8l6hnw Our team can help you with your internet issues today. Have you tried using our Xfinity app for any troubleshooting? Have you had one of our technicians come out for this before?

Yes Shawn I have called at least 25 times but it gets harder and harder with your AI to speak to someone to provide details of the problem.

Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "direct messaging" icon or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it
