Internet Essentials

Dear Xfinity Support,

I am writing regarding my Internet Essentials account with Xfinity or Comcast. My original account number is [Edited: "Personal Information"]. A few years ago, my account was transitioned to a bulk services partnership through New Life Homes 2 (Account number: [Edited: "Personal Information"]).

I recently received a notice stating that the bulk services agreement with New Life Homes 2 will end on August 14, 2026. I would like to retain my Internet Essentials service and transition back to paying the standard monthly rate of $14.95  directly.

Could you please confirm that my service will continue uninterrupted under the individual Internet Essentials plan?

Thank you,

[Edited: "Personal Information"]

I will be more than happy to help with your request. To begin, would you mind sending me your name and the address to your account in a Direct message?

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

Click the "Direct Messaging" icon

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

Press Enter to send it.

@user_fs5ukn I screenshot and highlighted in yellow the "Direct Message" button they're asking you to click. It's along the top of the screen on the right side. You do need to be logged in to have access to it, I believe. Best of luck!
