Internet goes into several times a week

I need to file a complaint to Xfinity corporate office and I can not find any info on them on how to do that.

Thanks for reaching out @user_v27nci I truly understand how important a good internet connection is for your everyday needs. I'd be frustrated as well if I was having ongoing connection issues.
