Internet issues and lack of support
Hi,
We have been facing internet connectivity issues for last 1 week. Intermittent connectivity issues started from Oct 17th. I contacted support many times which always go thru automated chat support. Only once I could get a live agent thru chat. She was supposed to schedule a technician but ended up disconnecting after making me signup for an offer. It’s been much impacted the work and surviving using hotspot available with my phone carrier. Looking for immediate support and wanted to escalate this to any level. I have been thinking to raise a consumer complaint as customer support has been horrible and the call center agent didn’t have any clue on how to address. So ended up an action to schedule a technician which was not done. Chat bots go on circles troubleshooting and you don’t have an option other than disconnecting without a resolution. I do have all transcripts downloaded if you need more info on the responses from support.

Thank you for reaching out to our team here @user_o5g6sn. That is definitely not the experience we would like you to have with our service, and I will be happy to look into any service issue from here. Could you send me a direct message with the full name and complete address for your service?
To send a direct message [private message]:
Click the "Direct Message" icon or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it
