Internet issues [Edited]
I am so over Xfinity, my wifi has been out all day long and the only thing they keep saying is to unplug it and wait 10 sec and plug it back in. I do that and it still doesn’t connect. I tried calling and it’s the same thing. So over dealing with this, I pay a lot of money for wifi and it never works!

Hi user_slivzh, with how connected we all are, pretty much every device, I would be feeling the same way if I were in your shoes. I'd love to work with you more on this. Is your service still out? Are you able to confirm if this was/is possibly related to a larger service interruption impacting your area?
