Internet issues
Xfinity is trying to bully me into upgrading my equipment specifically my modem I just got a year ago! And now I’ve been having internet connecting issues for two days! I have a 3 yr old and a parent that just got out of the hospital so internet and WiFi is important! Xfinity also bills you for services you haven’t even used yet ( found that out through a rep). These robots on the app aren’t helpful and I want to speak to a live person so this issues can be fixed. Customer service is trash! This company is extremely frustrating to have to deal with

We can certainly help with your connection issues. What were you informed of about the modem as far as there being a need for an upgrade?
