Internet not working, XFinity app not working

My internet stopped working October 26, 2024, 4pm est and after troubleshooting MULTIPLE times with the online support, nothing changed. The xfinity chat robot is useless and takes me in circles or asks me to open the xfinity app. I cannot log onto the Xfinity app. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app, restarted my device, tried the app on different devices with no success. When I open the app and login with my credentials in the browser popup, the app never opens and stays on the “Sign In” page.
