Internet not working

Our internet has been out for a week. The robot on both the chat and the phone says my internet is “healthy” but our WIFI won’t even pop up on devices as an option. I have been trying to get in contact with a human for a week now and am just being told by the robot they are “troubleshooting” each time I try. How do I schedule a technician to come out? This is the 5th time in the last 6 months this has happened with our WiFi. Usually it comes back on in a few days but this time it’s been out completely for now a week so we need it fixed ASAP.
