Internet outages... no way to talk to person.... ugh!

Has  Tom Karinshak, President and Chief Customer Experience Officer ever tried to use the system to contact his own company for help?

If so, I would hope he would fire the CEO.....  it's aweful.

Cannot  get to a LIVE person.. the Xfinity Bot is useless.   You get caught in endless loops.

Been having outages in CT for the last few weeks.. they say it is upgrades. The other day it was OUT the entire day.... Why could they not notify users?  Some of us work from home, trade stock, etc.

And when you try to get credit for missed days, it is NOT prorated to your monthly bill.. but significantly less.  a joke!

And trying to manage your plan to maybe change internet speeds, etc. cannot be done via the app.. and the integration and SSO to website is so BAD!

Time to shop for Frontier or TMobile wireless.!

Concern moved here to the Customer Service help section for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.

Hey there, @desmo907! Thank you so much for taking the time to reach out to us here on the Xfinity Forums. I am very sorry to hear about the experience with getting assistance regarding your interruptions in your services, it certainly is not what we want for our customers. I would be more than happy to look into the details, and share any updates we have on our end. Can you please send us a DM to get started?

Please send us a DM with your full name and address to Xfinity Support.

To send a direct message:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

Click the "Direct Message" icon or  https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging

Click the "New message" (pen and paper) icon

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.

As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.

A "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

Press Enter to send it
