Internet outages

I need my internet restored ASAP so my son can work from home. Its been down since the 26th due to snow storm. AI keeps hanging up on me when I call 800-934-6489. No way to get a live person on the phone. I will be canceling my service and switching to AT&T fiber if I cannot get my service restored today!

I almost canceled my service to AT&T Fiber today! Finally late 2nt my internet came back up! AT&T answered my call promptly so why can't Xfinity answer instead of hanging up on people simply because we have an outage which is not in our control!
