Internet Service Issues

Dear Xfinity Customer Service,

I am writing to formally express my frustration with the ongoing problems I have experienced with my Xfinity home WiFi service over the past four weeks.

During this period, my internet service has experienced numerous interruptions and periods of unreliable connectivity. The frequency of these disruptions has significantly affected my ability to use the service I am paying for and has been extremely frustrating.

I understand that occasional service issues can occur, but the repeated interruptions over the course of an entire month are not reasonable for a paid home internet service. I have continued to pay my bill while receiving service that has not been consistently reliable.

I am therefore requesting a credit or other appropriate compensation on my account for the period in which my service has been repeatedly disrupted. I would also appreciate a clear explanation of what is causing these ongoing issues and what Xfinity is doing to prevent them from continuing.

Please review my account and the service interruptions associated with my address and let me know what credit you are willing to provide. I would appreciate a prompt response and resolution.

Thank you,

Hello, @user_y1fdh9 how are you? When your service is impacted are there confirmed service interruptions? If you ever experience a service interruption you can get a credit here. (https://www.xfinity.com/support/status) Sign in and scroll down until you see "You may be eligible for a credit, “Check eligibility." When you select check eligibility you can enter the day the issue started and the day the issue ended to get the appropriate credit.
