Internet service

Been without internet 2 days and customer service says they can't send a technician for 4 more days. Xfinity service is the worst I have had in years.

I would love to help out and see if we are able to fix the connection trouble or find a sooner appointment. Are all devices unable to connect to the internet or is the trouble isolated to specific devices?
