Internet Speed Upgrade
I have internet and home protection services. I would like to upgrade to 1200mbps using the Xfinity app. I am able to select the new speed, but it is also forcing me to reselect the home protection at $10 more than what I am currently paying. I need assistance with upgrading the internet Speed only.

We'll just need to work in a direct message. You can use the Direct Messaging icon at the top of the page to send your name and service address to "Xfinity Support." It's next to the bell icon on the right side of the page.
