Internet still not working
My internet is still not working. I had a tech come out on Thursday 10/25 and said our underground wires were affected by the hurricane and that he would open a ticket for another tech to come fix them. We haven't had an update on this and we have been without wifi since 09/27- today is 10/27. It is getting ridiculous. I can't even put in for an outage credit because our wifi is still out so I am paying for a service that is not accessible

Thank you for reaching out about this concern. We can help check the status of your ticket via direct message just make sure to include your full name and service address. We recommend checking this link for updates Comcast Response to Helene’s Impact in Florida | Comcast Florida
Credits can be applied once the interruption has concluded.
The most effective way to get outage updates for your area and information about your service is to visit xfinity.com/outage or use the Xfinity app.
In the meantime we do recommend to also continue checking for available hotspots. You can visit the Xfinity app or xfinity.com/wifi to see a map of available Xfinity WiFi hotspots. All open hotspots, both indoor and outdoor, will appear on the map.
