Internet

I recently moved into a new home, but have had issues with getting a crew out to fix the problems. Multiple technicians have told me that the internet cable was never connected to my home due to an issue underground. They've told me to schedule a crew to dig where the issue is with the pipe it runs through underground. I've tried to get someone out to fix this, but I've never actually had anyone show up. I also had a ticket but that seems to have disappeared. Any help would be much appreciated.

Good afternoon user_tml I would be happy to look into this further for you. Have you had the dig crew out to your property out already? Or when you mentioned no one showed up, was that including the dig crew? If an underground line is needed, that would need to be dug up and prepared. That would allow our team to run an underground line and then proceed with the installation of service.

Yes, I have not been able to get a digging crew to the property.
