INVESTMENT IN EXISTING INFRASTRUCTURE - HORRIBLE XFINITY POLICY ON REPAIRS

I have lived in the same house on Edgewood Drive in Bealeton VA, the feed from your block to my house has been replaced at least four times, my neighbors have been experiencing the same thing. Over the last five years whenever one of the DEMARCs / blocks have issues the repair crews run a fiber optic cable down the street to the next block - there is currently on running down the street for almost six months and winter is now approaching.  The cable is laying in the street and no effort has been made to bury it or make a permanent repair. Now there are children walking and riding bikes down the road while automobile traffic is also running over the cable. Meanwhile XFINITY customers are complaining about degraded performance.

When is Xfinity going to actually make an investment in our neighborhood instead of just collecting $$ from the residents. Personally I am paying $90 for internet that is constantly going up/down while often speeds drop too. Sure no speed is guaranteed that is what your company hides behind.

Since acquiring the area from now defunct Adelphia Comcast/Xfinity hasn't spend a dime to upgrade the infrastructure in Bealeton just collecting more and more from homeowners.  We are going to be filing complaints with the Commonwealth and if any children are hurt you are responsible.  I have taken pictures and soon will be taking a mini movie to document this. FIX IT
