Irrigation damage

During cable repair, the contractor burying cable damaged our irrigation system. I need them to come repair

During a cable line burry which ran across my property to the neighbor’s home, the contractor burying the cable cut through my irrigation line. Comcast needs to reimburse me for the cost of the repair.
