Is it possible to reach a human on the phone at Xfinity

I called multiple times. I've been hung up on and directed to a virtual assistant. I do not want either of those. I want to speak to a human. Do you have human employees? Do you not have the budget to have actual customer service? If that's the case then I do not want to have your service at all. Especially since I can't get it to connect to the internet anyways and you won't tell me how to connect it because no one will answer the phone. Please tell me how to reach an actual human or cancel my service. Those are the only two options I am willing to entertain. Do not even mention a virtual assistant to me ever again.

I still have not gotten the information that I need.   I am asking to have a technician come and check my lines. I have been trying to get someone since about 11:30 CST. no help at all for my situation. I need to speak to a real person .

Thank you for reaching out here @user_4ev0td. I will be happy to take a look at any issue with your service. Can you send me a direct message with the full name and complete address for your service?

To send a direct message [private message]:

Click the "Direct Message" icon or  https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.

   - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.

   - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

   Press Enter to send it

The only direct number option we have is the 1-800-Xfinity number.
