Is there any way to open a support ticket?

I've been dealing with intermittent internet since the hurricane. Each time I try to submit a ticket or get help, the Xfinity Assistant is the only method, and it find the internet back up shortly, so never offers to open a ticket. There is no support portal available to open a ticket for long term intermittent issues. Cabling is fine, hasn't changed in the house, internet goes down every day around the same time, which is likely upstream maintenance. Need to know how to open a ticket to have this resolved permanently as I work from home.
