Is there any way to reach a human being for technical support?

Somehow, my wife's email account with comcast.net got [Edited: "Language"] up and we tried to update and reset her password.  It goes into an endless loop of verification numbers over and over and over.  It used to be that I, as the account manager could go in and edit user names and passwords.  Now that we dropped comcast as an internet provider they say that I have no account... yet MY comcast.net email works fine.  I just want to reset her password so hers will work again.  When I go online or call, I go into robobocall limbo... I can never speak to a human no matter how hard I try.
