Is this Spam?

I've received an email from [Edited: "Personal Information"] asking me to click on a link to update my Terms of Service by a certain date, for my Comcast email account or I will lose access. Is this spam or a valid email?

Thank you for reaching out with this concern, @user_h39940. What you provided was definitely not an official Comcast/Xfinity email address, so I would say that was a spam attempt. Any official Comcast/Xfinity email will have the verified logo before it when seen in webmail:
