Issue Transferring Phone Numbers to Xfinity [Edited]

All I wanted to do is transfer my phone numbers to Xfinity. Now my phone number is stuck in the abyss. And people [Edited: "Inflammatory/Profanity"] on how long it will take to fix it.its been 5 days. Enough is enough.

I’m really sorry you’re dealing with this. Having your number stuck like that is incredibly frustrating, especially after five days with no clear answers. I’d like to help get this moving. Have you received any updates since you last reached out? Also, do you know if your previous carrier has fully approved the transfer, or if you were given any status or error message?

 

Once we have a bit more detail, we can dig in and make sure this isn’t stuck and gets in front of the right team.
