Issue with technician

I need someone to call me back at [Edited: "Personal Information"]. There was a technician who was at my house this morning, and I realized that the power box that he went into in my closet is not closing and there’s a screw missing. Can someone please come out to fix this? It is not the way it was before he came to my house.
