Issues making an online payment

I’m attempting to make an online payment however the system isn’t loading the payment page

Before we dig into the steps below, can you let me know if you have already tried signing in on a different device or browser?


For troubleshooting purposes, please try the following steps:

  1. Clear the cache and cookies on your device’s web browser.
  2. Completely close all browser windows.
  3. Open a brand‑new browser session and go to our website.
  4. Scroll to the very bottom of the page and click on “Cookie Preferences”.
  5. Select “Decline All”.
  6. Select “Save Changes” (If the window does not automatically close).
  7. Click on “Cookie Preferences” again.
  8. Select “Accept All”.
  9. Select “Save Changes” (If the window does not automatically close).
  10. Try loading the payment page again.

 

Please give these steps a try and let me know what happens.

Looks like there are issues with your service, and it keeps happening to me as well since the last few days. Tried multiple device and browsers, still the problem. It is silly that your technical backend team does not know this is happening.

Hello user_fy7iq2 Have you already attempted the troubleshooting steps provided by my colleague @XfinityAldrik? At this time we are not showing any know issues or outages with our payment system. Can you provide a little more information what you are experiencing?
