Issues with billing [Edited]

It's appalling to be paying for services in where they have no problems taking your money,hounding you for money,and then without Jack your monthly payments from $110 to $192 without any notice which at best is illegal. On top of that you can't even speak to anyone period at all, and the [Edited: "Inflammatory"] expect a [Edited: Language] AI to understand human emotions as to getting to the point of anger. I just paid $192 when my bill and account should be steady for 24 months in the contract,then it's saying I need to pay another $115,in which I'm not understanding Xfinity charging people once every month for two payments that would be charging us double. [Edited: "Inflammatory"] Fix my account to what it should reflect as per the services I signed up for not what you people want or think I should have!!
