Issues with install [Edited]
i just moved i has a appointment the 14th and the guy said that he couldnt do it that he needed a bucket truck i then proceed to have to call and make another appointment for the 16th that leads me to today i waited 7 hours for them tio show up first it was 11-2 then 2-30 then -3:30 then 4:30 then 5:15 then finally 6 i proceed to not see a xfinity tech in sight i then call back at 6 to them saying that he came and that it was a no show whats funny is i was outside the whole time then they say the next appointment i can do is the 21st so ive already went a week without internet now i have to go 6 more days what about my time and my money i have school i have to do yet i cant do it because of these people i then proceed to hang up cause im [Edited: Language] i dont wanna take it out on a agent yk but then taht leads me to 830 i call back make sure my appointment is set and tell the lady please make sure they send a bucket truck she then says "u cant request that a tech has to " with a snarky attitude and when i tell her ive called 7 times today and they all could find it how come u cant find it now im on another call adn the lady and she says that she cant find it then how come i have screen shot proving i had appointments i knew this company was [Edited: "Inflammatory"] u can jsut feel it their customer service [Edited: Language]and now they are pretending like they never did any of it so who knows how long im gonna be without internet i cant get another serivce cause this is the only one avalible for my addresss now they are saying that i have to re have a tech come out to sumbit it all they are is wasting my time but when it comes to theirs dont waste it but when its ours they dont care and to change my title too from xfinity is a joke to this lol

Click the "Direct Messaging" icon at the top of the page (looks like a text bubble)
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
