It says it cannot verify my identity when I try to check out a plan
I will be moving to a new place in a few days and am getting Xfinity for the first time, to install internet for my new home.
I wanted to check the 1 Giga internet plan out, but it keeps saying that Xfinity can't verify my identity after entering my date of birth and that I need to visit store in person even though all of my information was correct.
It's very difficult for me to visit the stores in person as I have a in-person full-time job. Could you please provide contacts (phone number (preferred) or email address) who can help me address this issue without visiting the store in person? This is really a pain.
