itemized inventory

My house was broken into on September 16th and all of my equipment that I had just received from you guys was stolen everything the stuff ain't even activated. I haven't even been using your services even though you guys continue to charge me for them again. this happened on September 16th. I have called your company every 2 or 3 days since then and for whatever reason can I get an itemized inventory? I don't understand. you guys must be an equal opportunity employer and hire people to work in customer service that don't have a f****** clue what's going on in life anyways, now that I've said that. please help me

I am so sorry to hear about the break in, that is never something that we want to hear happening to someone. Are you needing a list of the Xfinity equipment that was on the account for insurance or a police report?
