I've been misled about service
I have been misled for months. I have talked to people in 14 different countries at least and all of them try to sell me something new [Edited: "Language"]. I am a senior. I'm 61 years of age and on a fixed income. I have been yelled at screamed at and told I don't know what I'm talking about. I went to the local store Business center drive in Pearland and was misled by them as well. Your service doesn't work your gate speed isn't what they told me, it goes on and on and on. I use Wi-Fi calling in my house and it's not even working. I live in Manvel Texas and there's a cell tower 15 ft away from my house and it still doesn't work. I've tried changing phones and in fact my fiance's moved to AT&T because of the continued issues. Lying to an older person is not the answer. I would appreciate a call back by somebody who knows what they're doing and is not getting paid a commission to try to sign me up on some stupid deal I never asked for. If you believe that you cannot provide adequate service in the city of 180,000 people, just tell me that you can't handle it. Stop causing me major aggravation. I will cancel what's left of my service if you cannot fix the problem and I will be happy to meet you in small claims court and explain what you've done to me to the judge and let him make a decision on whether or not I should have to pay the bill. Fix it or stop lying. It's only one of the other at this point

To send a "direct message" / "private message" message to Xfinity Support:
• Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message" icon or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
• As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
• An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send it
