Hello user_1m80ar, thank you for taking the time to create this post here on our Forum. We do have a dedicated team that can help with our NOW Mobile service. You'd need to work with them through the Xfinity Assistant. I'll do all I can to help here though. To confirm, do you have a NOW Mobile account or NOW Wi-Fi Pass?

I totally agree.  I have been being since January.  I thought after 20 plus hours it was resolved in April when they gave me back my 75.00 (3 mos.) and they have been charging me 25 ever since.  What kind of scam is this?  I never had Now Mobile?????
