Job loss
I've lost my job and will not be able to honor my payment agreement. I have several job applications that are tied to my xfinity email account. Is it possible to get a grace period that will allow me to keep in touch with these contacts. I have been a loyal xfinity customer for years.

Regrettably, we are unable to extend payment arrangements beyond their allotted timeframe. However, if you're looking for additional options to manage the balance, have you had the opportunity to set up an installment plan?
