Jurassic World Rebirth (2025) purchase, black screen when attempting to play

Paid for movie (Jurassic Park Rebirth). All I get is a black screen.

user_59qpr4 Thanks for reaching out! Our engineering team is currently working on a solution for this concern. A temporary solution to try is going to the watch options menu for the movie, then scrolling right to find a second SD or HD watch option, then playing the second SD or HD watch option.
