I can definitely understand the frustration when some channels or programs are in another language, but you have reached the right team that can take a look at this for you. Normally when some channels are in Spanish, that is caused by a setting called secondary audio programing, or SAP. There are a few different ways to turn the SAP options back to English. Those options can be found on this website. Let us know if these options fix the issue.
