Lawn damage after cable lines buried
Xfinity was here to bury some underground cable in my yard soon August 3. They dug out a good chunk of my sod and stated they would place grass seed down after the work was complete. It appears the work was completed on August 4. We have been watering the area they supposedly left seed and nothing. Instead it looks like all they left was the remnant of their soil and they also killed parts of my lawn where they stored their soil and tools and left a big hole. My husband spoke with the Xfinity man in charge on the first day and he explained the work to be done and said he was going to get more help to dig the trenches needed. We saw that they were a bunch of teenage boys who came and started doing the work. They left the area a mess and even left some type of long yellow tool behind. We have all this on our ring camera. We also have before and after pictures of the damaged area. Who do we need to send this to? We need someone to contact us for immediate recourse on the lawn destruction.
