Lawrence Xfinity store
This afternoon I went to the store to inquire about military discount. I signed in front and was told it was possible to do so in store. The representative that helped me or rather did not help me took me in and told me that I needed to go online. He then offered me and upsell. Wish I did not need and declined. We exchange exit pleasantries and as I was walking out he began to talk about me as if we were in high school. I returned to ask him to refrain. And he had even more to say. This needs to be corrected. I've been an Xfinity customer for 6 years. Customer service is terrible.
