Legacy package

I called Xfinity Loyalty and asked for reduced rates. What the representative didn't tell me is that I'd lose all my premium channels. I specifically asked him not to change any of my channels or other services. Instead he signed me up for Xfinity mobile which I seem to now have a phone bill for, when he said it would be free and I've lost all my premium channels. How do I get them back and return this phone I never asked for?
