Lied to about range extenders

2 weeks after I moved my account I've been informed that range extenders were not included as I had been told. I do not trust them anymore and will be shopping other services.

My sales person was very clear and I clarified multiple times. After my services were turned on I've never received my range extenders. That's bait and switch plain and simple. Now your trying to upsell me. Why would I buy from you now?  Your companies credibility is ruined to me.

I sent a DM. This will be my last attempt at a resolution. I've spent way too much time on this as is. I haven't used another ISP in over 10 years but I can't imagine them all being this dishonest. I know my mobile company T-Mobile hasn't lied to me about the services and equipment I would receive while I've been with them.
