Line Burial Needed
I work for a General Contractor contracted by the account owners to remodel their home. We are currently in the course of construction. I need to get their service line buried during construction as well as relocate the line coming into the house. I have been added to the owners xfinity account. I have tried to resovle this via the account page. I will need a local Xfinity contact as trying to communicate via normal support channels is not feasible during construction. Please advise.
