line relocation survey for encroaching line

Hello,
I am writing to formally request a line relocation survey and coordinate a utility line move on my property located in North Hampton, NH.
We are currently in the process of building a new contemporary ranch home on our property. There is an existing buried Comcast service line that runs directly through the active construction footprint of our new house.
Please note the following critical details regarding this line:
  • Serves a Different Property: The existing line currently runs across our land to service a neighboring home; it does not serve our property since there is no house on the lot yet.
  • No Easement: A review of our property records indicates that Comcast does not possess a formal utility easement authorizing this line’s current path across our deeded property.
  • New Connection Needed: In addition to rerouting the neighbor's line out of our construction zone, we will also require a brand-new connection established for our new home once the build is ready.
Because active construction is pending, this is a time-sensitive matter. We need a regional construction coordinator or field technician supervisor to contact us as soon as possible to review the site, map out the reroute, and provide the next steps.
Thank you, and I look forward to your prompt response to get this scheduled.
