Live Agent or I’ll be leaving
Just spent 1 hr with virtual agent trying to lower my bill but keep same services. All she gave me was an option for an iPad or to slow my internet from 2,000 to 1,000. Wth? I need a rep or loyalty dept that can actually try to lower my bills or I’ll be going elsewhere. Why can’t I talk to real person

As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
A "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
