LIVE AGENT!!!!
How do I speak to a live agent? My SMTP server dropped and there is NO solution presented in the EXTREMELY UNHELPFUL Xfinity Assistant. I've called 1-800-934-6489 twice and cannot get to a live agent for technical support.

I paid my phone bill yesterday, and they shut off my phone anyways. My Mom is in the hospital on life support and I have no way to communicate irate with the Dr.s and nurses!! I can't speak to anyone and have no more money to buy a different phone! Someone pls help me to talk to a little e person so I can get my phone turned back on!.
