Xfinity is horrible and does everything they can to keep you from talking to a live person. I lose channel abc every day. My television pixel's every evening. You cannot talk to anyone to fix this. I reboot and reboot and reboot. They talked me into Xfinity cellular also and have created a nightmare transferring from Verizon. I asm 75 years old and they are going to cause me to have a heart attack.

I have the same problem. I have been trying to reach a live person for 2 days. I am a diamond customer of 40 years. AI chatbot does not recognize my Mac Internet modem number. Why? It is brand new from best buy. It is one step up from the modem I just disconnected.
