Live agent

I’ve been having issues for days I pay all this money and can’t even talk to a live agent. If I can’t get in contact with someone today I’m cancelling my service I’m over this terrible customer service

@XfinityJoe​ I pay too much a month to be aggravated with an AI assistant who can’t even help with issues. I pay for to work from home and to game. Apparently one of the games I play xfinity has been having issues connecting to their server, but everything else works fine. Speeds are good and everything else works flawlessly, but anything to do with this game just won’t work

If you haven't already, you can double-check and ensure you have the proper port forwarding set for the game or live service server.

I contacted the game and they said it was a comcast issue in the northeast

@user_q9hj60 We don't have any known issues with connectivity with any game service on our end. I am glad to hear that your services are working well otherwise, and I hope the game devs are able to patch the connectivity issue
