Live representative

I need to speak with a live representative but the customer service line keeps pointing me to the chat bot which is not helpful. How can I reach a live agent?

The concern is not "Community Center" help related............ Topic moved here to the proper help section, and for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.
